Product introduction:
HF-800AG is a halogen-free intumescent flame retardant based on phosphorous and nitrogen
synergism, mainly composed of Piperazine Pyrophosphate, which belongs to the latest generation of
halogen-free flame retardant system. Compared with the traditional halogen-free flame retardant system
composed of APP, HF-800AG has higher flame retardant efficiency, thermal decomposition temperature,
and better water desorption resistance, so that it can withstand higher processing temperatures and is
suitable for in a wider range of applications. HF-800AG is more suitable for TPE, PE, XLPE wires and
cables, can make the materials reach UL94 V-0, UL1581 VW-1, GWIT 750℃, GWFI 960℃ and other
flame retardant grades. At the same time fully meet the requirements of RoHS and REACH regulations.
The material using HF-800AG also has the characteristics of low density, low smoke generation, and low
mold corrosion.
